There are lots of ways to search for products throughout Glissyn. We have given you the option to use the search bar, simply browse products or use the marketplace menus to find just the right category for you.
Glissyn allows you to view a range of different sellers and their stores. Simply click on the “Listed Sellers” option found in the under the Glissyn Stores menu header.
In order to keep your information secure, we are protected by COMODO SSL encryption software that ensures all passwords and data are kept secure. We also never view or store your card details as these are handled directly by our payment gateway providers.
We currently accept Visa & Mastercard as our preferred forms of payment. We ONLY accept U.K cards and all cards must be registered to the billing address provided. If you would like to make a bulk order this would have to be done via Bank Transfer, contact info@glissyn.com for more information around this.
All orders are subject to fraud screening and your order can be cancelled at any point by Glissyn, all purchases made will be subject to 3D secure authentication as well as address verification.
Once your payment is complete, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided. The seller(s) will then be notified and you will receive an update once the seller has dispatched your order. You will also be able to track most items using the order details, custom made products such as wigs may require you to contact the seller for regular progress updates.
You are able to amend your basket before you checkout, however once you have made a payment it is no longer possible to amend your basket. In the instance that you want to make an amendment to your order we recommend you contact the seller as soon as possible to discuss any amendments to your order.
Please contact the seller to arrange for a cancelation and a refund, if further support is required please contact info@glissyn.com and provide all the relevant order information. Please note refunds can only be processed to the card used in the transaction.
Shipping is currently only provided within the U.K and the buyer is responsible for providing the correct address information as well as ensuring there is an adult present to receive products. Please note that all shipping options and questions should be addressed to the relevant sellers. See our Shipping Page for more info.
At this moment Glissyn does not permit shipping outside of the UK.
We recommend you leave regular feedback after your purchases, this can be done once a product has been purchased.
